I am so delighted to welcome you to my virtual spot – Momma Min Home Bakery! As a young girl, I always enjoyed being in the kitchen. The aroma of food simmering on the stove or the waft of food being removed from the oven always created a warm and satisfying sensation of family mealtime and home. I made a promise to myself that when I married and began a family, there would be home-cooked meals with time to relax and converse. Through the years, I have enjoyed hosting family get-togethers and holidays. In addition to those special occasions in our home, there were always fresh-baked snacks for my children, their friends, and whoever would just drop in. My husband, David, and our sons, Jason, Jared, and Mitchell, always said we should open up a family café. As a family, we have always enjoyed cooking together and trying and sharing new recipes. Many years have passed, and our sons are now out of the house and in their own kitchens. Therefore, I finally decided to take the suggestion of my family and venture into the cottage food business – Momma Min Home Bakery! Becoming a cottage food business has presented me the opportunity to share with others the love and joy I have found in creating and tweaking recipes.
